The Wolf You Feed Becomes the Man You Become

A battle lives inside every man.

Not simply between good and evil, but between fear and truth, separation and connection, ego and soul.

One part of you feeds anger, resentment, scarcity, blame, and avoidance. Another draws you toward peace, responsibility, humility, love, and wholeness.

Both exist. Neither disappears simply because you become more conscious.

The work is not to destroy the darker wolf or pretend you have transcended your humanity. The work is to recognize what is happening within you and decide which part will lead.

Every thought is a feeding.

Every word is a feeding.

Every choice, habit, reaction, and relationship strengthens something inside you.

This is where boy psychology begins to mature into manhood: when a man stops blaming his inner world on everyone around him and becomes responsible for what he cultivates.

You do not control every wound, fear, or impulse that arises.

But you are responsible for what you repeatedly nourish.

So, in the moments when no one is watching, which wolf are you feeding?
