These groups are held in person (CALGARY, AB ONLY) and virtually on Zoom.
Calls are every two weeks, with a bonus drop-in call once a month.

Men need accountability to stay consistent and to be better every day. In this group, we will hold you to your best self and ensure you are in integrity with your word and goals.

The time of the lone wolf is over. Go deep and build bonds that rise above any surface-level connection. We are stronger together. The men are alumni and seasoned with the King’s inner work.

Iron sharpens Iron. Give and receive feedback from the group on your goals, energy, and how you show up. This container is for what you need to hear, not what you want.

Offline Support
The support is not exclusive to live calls only; you will be a part of a group chat where you will connect with your Roundtable in between the weeks you don’t see each other.

We operate most of our lives from the mind. But thrive, we need to bring harmony to our body and spirit. In group settings, engage in breathwork, meditation, and other embodiment practices.

Self-Development
We always say a men’s group is training for the real world. Do the work when no one is looking. You will receive assignments and resources to support you on the journey.

Dues are $100 USD / month (recurring membership)
