The Forge is where a man starts without having it all figured out.
It’s not about pretending you’ve already “done the work.” It’s a place to bring real questions and have real conversations — the kind most men don’t get to have anywhere else.
Inside our private discussion board, you can ask for feedback, speak honestly about what you’re navigating, and engage in deeper topics around relationships, purpose, anger, leadership, and direction. You’ll be encouraged when you step up and challenged when you need it. Most importantly, you’ll be seen.
At its core, The Forge is a stepping stone. A low-barrier way to enter the world of men’s work and leadership without having to commit to a full retreat or year-long program right away. It’s where you test the waters, build real connections, and start strengthening yourself from the inside out.
Iron sharpens iron — and The Forge is where that sharpening begins.

This is the heartbeat of The Forge. A private space where men bring the real stuff — relationship challenges, questions about purpose, struggles with anger, leadership dilemmas, wins worth celebrating. You don’t get surface-level replies here. You get honest feedback, perspective, and accountability from men who care about your growth. It’s a place to be challenged, supported, and actually seen.

Forge members are invited into private circles and experiences, both locally in Alberta and online. These gatherings go deeper than public events. Sharing circles. Smaller rooms. Sweat lodges. Real conversations. Stronger bonds. This is where online connection turns into real-world brotherhood.

Regular live talks and trainings hosted by the Kings of Hearts founders and leadership team. These sessions cover leadership, relationships, emotional mastery, discipline, and the realities of modern manhood. You can ask questions, engage directly, and apply what you learn immediately. No fluff. Just practical wisdom and lived experience.

The Forge connects you with men who are building — in business, in their families, in their communities. This isn’t transactional networking. It’s alignment. When you surround yourself with men who hold standards and take responsibility, your own standard rises. Opportunities, collaborations, and friendships grow naturally from there.

No. Because of the nature of the community, events, and member access, all memberships are non-refundable. When you join The Forge, you’re making a commitment to your own growth. If at any point it’s no longer aligned, you’re free to cancel future payments — but we do not offer refunds for past membership periods.

Then we’ll point you in the right direction. The Forge is often the starting point — but for men who are ready to go deeper, there are clear next steps. The Forge helps you build momentum. When you’re ready for more intensity, more depth, and more transformation, those doors are open.
